She has supported in the validation of cell-based release assays such as Seahorse measurements, cell counting and viability, particle measurements, FACS analyses and receptor-activation.

GTP and GMP support for manufacturers of tissue preparations and ATMPs

In 2016, Dr. Kühl started as a consultant at ANOVA IRM GmbH in Offenbach, Germany. Soon she became and until 2023 was the external interim head of quality assurance and co-founded the company. During the next two years she established a GFP and GMP quality management system and lead the development of a physicians practice into a stem cell clinic with a small team of inexperienced biologists. In 2018 ANOVA acquired two legal permissions for the procurement and production of a tissue preparation (autologous MSC secretome, first-in-human permission) and an ATMP (BMC) under the hospital exemption. Since then, ANOVA successfully treats patients with several indications with these two products.

Dr. Kühl offers support in this area to other fecilities and clinics especially in the build-up phase but also later on.
